Travellers' Impressions
Stories & Articles from around the World
I have been writing poetry for many years now. I write most
often in rhyme, but have followed advice to use different styles too.
My poems are quite often written about things that have happened
personally, so therefore, may be exasperating, funny, happy, sad and
even angry, although never disrespectful. (Luckily for certain
companies!)
I have now diversified a bit these days, and have enjoyed
script writing, especially musicals, with melody and lyrics.
However,
Painted words of the South, relates to being so overawed by the
fantastic scenery of New Zealand's South Island. A wonderful place I
felt, as the poem says...be frightened to miss... Just one traveller's
impression! ;
