Lupicine Kahunduka was born in 1981, a last born in the family of Mr Emanuel Justine. He lives in Tanzania East Africa. He had his elementary education at Mlevo primary school from 1990 - 1996, then pre-form one at Dido Vocational Training Centre in 1997. His ordinary level was from 1998 - 2001 at Chanjale Junior Seminary, from 2002 - 2004 advanced level at the same seminary. Currently (2004) preparing for further studies at the University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania.;
