CLIVE BRANSON

After completing communications from the University of Ottawa, Clive graduated in photography from New York City's Parsons School of Design in 1984. His photographic work has been commissioned by clients such as Canada Post, the City of Ottawa, the Yellow Pages and numerous local, national and international magazines, including the Globe & Mail and the Toronto Star on subjects ranging from travel, social commentary and business matters. His photographic work has been exhibited in a 5th Avenue gallery, on WPBS-TV, through the City of Ottawa, and at the International Tulip Festival. Towards the end of 2012, Focal Press, an American publisher, published his book on close-up photography entitled, Focus On Close-Up and Macro Photography.

Clive is also an award-winning advertising Creative Director/Copywriter with over 20 years of experience. He has worked with a roster of national and international clients and agencies in Canada, the States, Britain, Europe, the Caribbean and Bermuda. He has worked on accounts for Disney, McDonalds, Honda motorcycles, Microsoft, TSN, Cable & Wireless and the Bank of Butterfield. In 2010, Clive produced a successful TV show, Ottawa's Art Seen, on Rogers TV and has twice been a guest on CBC's Definitely Not the Opera. Besides his advertising commitments, he is working an a photo exhibition with fellow photographer, Richard Desmarais and on a book about owners of classic cars and the stories behind their cars.
